IBON is looking for strong committed individuals who will carry out IBON’s mission by filling up the following positions:

* ADMIN ASSISTANT POSITION no longer available

RESEARCHER (Code: RS1)

1. The candidate must have practical knowledge on socio-economic research, preferably with working knowledge on political economy and interest in national and global issues.

2. She/He shall implement and write short-term and long-term researches according to the design of the Research Head.

3. She/He shall write policy and advocacy papers in popular style.

4. She/He shall network various groups and organizations towards advocacy on certain socioeconomic issues.

5. She/He shall be asked to give lectures and seminars on the research outputs.

CIRCULATION ASSISTANT (Code: CA4)

1. The candidate must have excellent communication skills necessary in implementing promos, marketing plans and strategies.

2. She/He must have the ability in client handling and maintenance, promootion, circulation and delivery and other related systems.

3. She/He must possess administrative abilities in account expansion, maintenance and management.

4. She/He must possess clerical skills such as typing, filing and answering phone calls, preparing and coordinating dispatch/delivery of marketing kits, preparing reports on billing, collection, and inventory.

MARKETING ASSISTANT (Code: MA1)

1. The candidate must have strong marketing skills necessary in performing product service orientation (PSO) or sales calls.

2. She/He must possess strong ability in account management and expansion (including PSO, promotion, troubleshooting, etc).

3. She/He must be willing to travel in assigned geographical areas anywhere in the Philippines.

4. She/He must possess clerical skills such as typing, filing and answering phone calls, preparing and coordinating dispatch/delivery of marketing kits, preparing reports on billing, collection, and inventory.

PROPERTY MANAGER (Code: PM1)

1. The candidate must have strong leadership and managerial skills necessary to ensure the commercial sustainability, cost efficiency and maintenance of the IBON Center.

2. She/He must have practical knowledge on property management. Knowledge on structural, electrical, plumbing and other technical matters involving the property is an advantage.

3. She/He must possess excellent communication skills necessary in devising advertising and marketing strategies.

4. She/He must possess good interpersonal skills necessary in screening potential tenants and other tenant-related issues.

5. She/He shall be responsible for managing the property, to include ensuring its sustainability, financial management, ensuring safety and security, health and sanitation, abiding with legal requirements, marketing, and other related tasks that may be required by the IBON Executive Committee.

6. She/He shall be accountable to the IBON Executive Committee.
